Willinetta Cromartie
With a background working in the non-profit field for over 20 years, Willinetta Cromartie started with Federation of Organizations in 2007 as a Case Manager with the Supported Housing Team. Throughout her 14-year tenure with Federation, she has held various positions including Community Rehabilitative Associate and Senior Financial Manager. She assumed her role as the Executive Administrative Assistant in 2014. As the Executive Administrative Assistant to the C-Suite, (Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and two Deputy Chief Operating Officers) Willinetta is responsible for enhancing the executives’ effectiveness by providing information analysis and support in all areas of operations and service delivery.
