Michelle Cohn
Michelle Cohn joined Federation as Director of Human Resources in 2005. As HR Director, Michelle is responsible for the overall management of Federation of Organizations’ Human Resources and Payroll Departments. This includes directing all efforts regarding recruitment, benefit administration, employee relations, staff development, payroll and agency policies. Michelle has over 17 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
