Michael Serrano
Michael Serrano has been with Federation of Organizations since 2016, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology (IT). As Director of Information Technology, he oversees IT operations and technical projects ensuring departments are provided with effective technical support. He also serves as the organization’s Information Security Officer where he is charged in developing and maintaining Information Security protocols, policies, and standards. Mr. Serrano has 15 years of IT experience, in both private and public sector, specializing in Telecommunications, Security, and Network Systems.
