Marlin Soliman, MPA
Marlin Soliman joined Federation in January 2017. As Associate Director of Human Resources, Ms. Soliman is responsible for the administration, coordination and oversight of agency recruitment and selection activities. In addition, she supports the Director of Human Resources in overseeing, developing, evaluating and providing maximum efficiency throughout the Human Resources and Payroll Departments. Ms. Soliman will also be focusing on developing and implementing internal staff trainings. She has a Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from John Jay College and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
