Lystra Madoo-Devine, MSW
Lystra Madoo-Devine joined Federation of Organizations in 2022 as the Division Director of Outreach Services. As the Division Director, Lystra oversees all operations of the Outreach Division including Senior Services, Financial Management, POWER Homeless Outreach, Peer Advocacy, and Peer Bridger services. Lystra is a graduate of New York University where she earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work and brings to Federation her diverse experience with the at risk and underserved populations.
