Jennifer Aldrich, LCSW

Jennifer Aldrich joined Federation of Organizations as a relief worker in 2013, facilitating support groups in our PROS Program.  Since then, Ms. Aldrich has climbed the ranks in our clinical department, has gained experience with intake, providing direct counseling services, supervising staff, managing programs and is now serving as the Director of Clinical Services.  In this role, she is charged with providing direct oversight of our entire clinical department including our Article 31 Mental Health Clinic in Wyandanch; our Article 32 Substance Abuse Clinic in Copiague, our two PROS programs in Suffolk County, multiple ACT teams including a forensically focused FACT team, as well as direct oversight of the Children and Families Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS).  Ms. Aldrich is supervising the Associate Directors and oversees the functions and compliance of all clinical programs.  Ms. Aldrich obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from New York University and obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University and she is licensed in the State of New York as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
