Janelle Smith, MSW
Janelle Smith joined Federation in May 2019 with a myriad of experience in behavioral health, residential services and supervisory experience. Mrs. Smith was hired as the Program Manager of our Licensed Residential Programs and in March 2021, was promoted to her current role of Associate Director of Licensed Residential Programs, where she is responsible for assisting with the oversight of six licensed residential programs. Mrs. Smith earned her Bachelor of Arts from Clark Atlanta University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University.
