Diane Kyrkostas joined Federation of Organizations in 2008 as a Supportive Case Manager within our Blended Case Management Program.  Ms. Kyrkostas has held various positions within the Agency prior to joining the Compliance/Quality Management Department in 2015.  With her dedication and years of expertise, Ms. Kyrkostas was promoted within the Compliance/Quality Management Department and currently holds the position of Corporate Compliance Officer; Director of Compliance/Quality Management since October 2022.  Within her role, she is responsible to implement and maintain all legislative and regulatory compliance activities for the Agency, including the Agency’s Compliance Program, HIPAA Program and Monitoring and Auditing Program. Ms. Kyrkostas oversees quality management standards to ensure quality care to consumers, compliance with licensure and contractual obligations, and the Agency’s standards, policies, and procedures. 

Ms. Kyrkostas obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Joseph’s College and obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University.  Ms. Kyrkostas is a member of the Healthcare Compliance Association (HCCA).  She is SIFI Certified, and is licensed in the State of New York as a Master Social Worker (LMSW).
