Diane Kyrkostas, LMSW

Diane Kyrkostas joined Federation of Organizations in 2008 as a Supportive Case Manager within our Blended Case Management Program.  In 2009, Ms. Kyrkostas was promoted to Intensive Case Manager Supervisor, and in 2013 promoted to Program Supervisor of Care Coordination.  In 2015, Ms. Kyrkostas joined the Compliance/Quality Management Department where she served as a Compliance/Quality Management Specialist for four (4) years before being promoted to the Compliance/Quality Management Department Manager.  With her dedication and years of expertise, Ms. Kyrkostas was promoted again in December 2020 to her current role of Associate Director of Compliance/Quality Management where she assists the Corporate Compliance Officer; Director of Compliance/Quality Management with implementing, overseeing and maintaining of Agency Quality Management standards as well as the Agency’s Compliance Program.  Ms. Kyrkostas obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Joseph’s College and obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University.  She is SIFI Certified, and is licensed in the State of New York as a Master Social Worker (LMSW).
