Danielle Mann, LMHC
Danielle Mann joined Federation of Organizations in 2015 as the Behavior Specialist at The Irving Berkowitz Residence. From there, she was promoted to the Program Supervisor of the CR/SRO in Queens later that year. In 2017, Ms. Mann was promoted to Program Manager with the Nursing Home Diversion program where she remained until the contract ended. She then became the Program Manager of the CR/SROs and the Sunken Meadow Residence and was promoted to the Associate Director of Licensed Residential Services in 2019. In April 2021, Ms. Mann moved into her current role of the Director of Licensed Residential Services where she is responsible for the overall operation and oversight of six residential programs. Danielle is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and earned her Bachelor of Arts from Adelphi University and Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hofstra University.
