Barbara Higgins
Barbara Higgins joined Federation in August 2019 as Associate Director of Finance. Barbara has more than twenty years of experience in accounting, including previous experience working with both OMH and OASAS programs. In her current role, she is responsible for fiscal oversight of the outreach and residential programs, as well as the purchasing, repay and accounts payable functions. She is currently working toward her MBA in Business Management to complement her BS in Accounting from St. John’s University.
