Federation of Organizations is looking for a full-time/part-time Case Manager position in the NYC Region with a flexible schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma and at least three years experience in mental health. BA in Human Services and one year experience preferred. Clean, valid NY State Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.

CORE & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Provide case management services, housing support, and coordination of services to people with psychiatric disabilities living in scattered apartment settings
SALARY: $19.49 per hour
