Federation of Organizations is seeking a Full-time LMSW Generalist- Clinical therapist.

REPORTS TO: Program Supervisor

DEPARTMENT: Clinical Services

PAY: 55k Annually

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid NYS LMSW with minimum 3 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting. Valid and clean NY State driver license, fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS required.

JOB FUNCTION:
Provide clinical evidence-based services with a focus on integrated mental health, physical health, and substance use recovery. Services will be provided by a multi-disciplinary treatment team with an overall goal to improve consumer health outcomes. Service delivery will occur on-site, in vivo, and in the community. A caseload of adults, children, and families will be maintained while providing individual, group, and family sessions.
