Federation of Organizations is looking for a Fee for Service Therapist to join our team. This individual will provide clinical evidence-based therapy in individual, family, and group modalities to a caseload of children and adults with mental health diagnoses. Our Therapist will work as a member of an interdisciplinary team, as well as alongside health care providers and outside resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
- A valid and clean NY State driver license
- Fingerprinting, criminal record check
- Approval from NYS Office of Mental Health
- Strong understanding of clinic documentation
- Effecting interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of community resources
CORE & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
- Maintain a caseload of clients to provide individual and/or family therapy to on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly bases
- Completion of all documentation for assigned caseload.
- Complete all required documentation within a 48 hour period and comply with program and OMH regulations
- Responsible for proficiency in all agency based IT applications
SALARY: fee for service $30 per hour
