Federation of Organizations is seeking a Licensed Children and Family Treatment and Support Services, Other License Practitioner.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid NYS LMSW with minimum 3 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting. Valid and clean NY State driver license, fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS required.
Service delivery is expected be provided with appropriate professional license within scope of services when applicable. Candidates must have a license in either the following :
Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Psychoanalysts, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Master Social Workers when under the supervision of Licensed, Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Psychologists, or Licensed Psychiatrists, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist. Clean, valid NYS Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and all necessary clearances from the Justice Center.
JOB FUNCTION:
Provide clinical evidence-based services with a focus on integrated mental health, physical health, and substance use recovery. Services will be provided by a multi-disciplinary treatment team with an overall goal to improve consumer health outcomes. Service delivery will occur on-site, in vivo, and in the community. A caseload of adults, children, and families will be maintained while providing individual, group, and family sessions.
