Federation of Organizations is looking for a full-time Licensed School Based Therapist. This individual will be providing school-based mental health treatment services to children/adolescents and their families. The therapist will be responsible for assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing counseling services to be provided at the Patchogue-Medford School District Family Center.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling. NYS license required. A valid and clean NY State driver’s license, fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from the NYS Office of Mental Health.
CORE & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Provide clinical evidence-based services with a focus on children and families through integrated treatment. Services will be provided by a multi-disciplinary treatment team with an overall goal to improve consumer health outcomes. Service delivery will occur on-site at the school district. A caseload of children will be maintained while providing individual, group and family sessions.
SALARY: $55K Annually
