Honoring

Theodore Cillis (“Teddy”) is the founder, president and CEO of LincolnIT. Prior to Lincoln, he was employed at a local system integrator where he was instrumental in company growth and departed as vice president of operations.
Within his 17-year service to this company, Teddy started as a system engineer, worked into the role of field service manager and was promoted to vice president of operations. As service manager, he was responsible for overseeing support and services for the organization’s 200 critical accounts located in the metropolitan area. As vice president, he developed a service division that began as a strictly local offering and grew into a nationwide service supporting more than 150 locations throughout the country.
In 1998, Teddy launched LincolnIT. He has more than 30 years of experience in system integration, technology solutions and service. In addition to his degree in computer technology, he maintains ongoing professional studies through continuing education courses and related-technology seminars. Teddy’s a member of LIA, HIA and ListNet, local area associations that focus on economic development in the metropolitan area. He collaborates with other companies through forums and events to exchange information, improve the quality of the labor force and provide high-tech solutions necessary for the growth of local businesses.


Co-founder of LincolnIT, John Antimisiaris has more than 30 years of technology experience, primarily in the services area. He’s a certified FAA Airframe Engineer and a graduate of Queens College with a degree in computer science. He continues his studies through local trade organizations and seminars to stay current with technology products and trends.
Throughout his two decades of experience, John’s career progressed from field service and technical support to various levels of management. After 10 years of professional services, John started his first technology consulting company and provided these services for financial accounting agencies, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst and Young and Deloitte and Touché. He worked with these organizations designing and deploying client server and infrastructure solutions. In 1998, John joined LincolnIT as a principal. He oversees the delivery of Lincoln’s professional and field service department.
Today, John continues to collaborate with companies, forums and events for the exchange of information, improving the quality of the labor force and partnering with companies that provide high-tech solutions necessary for the growth of local businesses.
