REPORTS TO: Associate Director of ACT Services

DEPARTMENT: ACT (Assertive Community Treatment)

HOURS: 35 hours per week

PAY: 65k Annually

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree or higher with license in social work or Mental Health Counseling, psychology, rehabilitation counseling (if rehabilitation counselor, C.R.C. preferred), OR licensure/registration as registered nurse (RNs are encouraged to be masters level or nurse practitioner), or physician. A valid and clean NY State driver license. Minimum 3 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.

JOB FUNCTION:
Supervise and provide direct services on a mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team for persons with severe and persistent mental illness who are currently or have a history of criminal justice involvement.
