JOB TITLE: Substance Abuse Counselor (Evening Shift)

REPORTS TO: Program Manager

DEPARTMENT: Clinical Services – OASAS Clinic

PAY: $25 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current NYS LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or CASAC license. Valid and clean NY State driver license, fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS)

JOB FUNCTION:
Provide clinical evidence-based therapy in individual, family, and group modalities to a caseload of adults and children/adolescents with substance use or co-occurring diagnoses. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team. Complete all required documentation within a 48 hour period and comply with program and OASAS regulations.
