RiseWell Community Services is seeking a Full Time Respite Coordinator to be responsible for the operations of the Suffolk County Respite Program.

REPORTS TO: Division Director of Outreach Services
DEPARTMENT: Outreach Services
HOURS: 35 Hours per week
Salary: $45,000 Annually

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of a High School Diploma with 4 years related experience in human services. Clean valid NYS Driver’s License. Approval of: OIG, SAM, OMIG, background checks.

JOB FUNCTION:
Responsible for the operation of the Suffolk County Respite Care Program designed to offer support to caregivers caring for an older adult. The program allows older adults to reside in their homes for as long as possible. Responsibilities include staff recruitment, supervision and training, oversight of services, program development and reporting to funding sources.
