Federation of Organizations is seeking a Full-Time Program Supervisor for our new Affordable/Mixed Used Housing program, located in Far Rockaway, NY

REPORTS TO: Associate Director of Residential Services

DEPARTMENT: Mixed Use / Affordable Housing

PAY RANGE: $50,000 to $60,000 Annually

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field. Relevant experience working with individuals who are homeless, in recovery from mental illness or substance abuse. Supervisory experience helpful. Clean, valid NY State Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.

JOB FUNCTION:

Assist Program Manager in the day-to-day operation of a mixed-use affordable housing program serving individuals whom have a history of homelessness as well as mental illness and /or substance abuse. Provides supervision, training, crisis intervention and oversight of program documentation. Works to ensure quality services are delivered and helps those served to reach their individuals goals.
