Supervisor, Advocacy, Drop-In, ACM and Bridger Programs
LOCATION: In person and remote, Patchogue.
HOURS: F/T 35hrs weekly, M-F 9-5pm, may include evenings and weekends.
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in mental health, 2 years supervisory experience. Clean N.Y. State driver’s license, Fingerprinting, criminal record check, and all clearances from the Justice Center.
Responsible for the overall operation of the Bridger, Drop In Assistant Case Management and Advocacy Programs, including staff recruitment, training, evaluations, supervision, documentation, coordination of services and program development. Provides information, referral and linkage to services to people enrolled in the Suffolk County Bridger Program.
