Federation of Organizations is seeking a Full-Time Peer Specialist for the Assertive Community Treatment Program in Medford.
REPORTS TO: Team Leader
DEPARTMENT: Clinical Services
HOURS: 35 hours per week
PAY: 35K
QUALIFICATIONS:
Lived experience relevant to client population A valid and clean NY State driver license. Minimum 1 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting.Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
JOB FUNCTION:
Supervise and provide direct services with a focus on recovery on a mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team for persons with severe and persistent mental illness.
