Program Billing Assistant will be providing medical billing oversight to ensure smooth operations of an article 31 Mental Health Clinic. Responsible to ensure timely completion and submission of billing while assisting the Program Manager in the coordination of scheduling and reception.
REPORTS TO: Program Manager
DEPARTMENT: Clinical Services
PAY: $40K Annually
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of two years’ experience completing administrative tasks in an office setting with at least 1 year of medical billing experience. Training/certificate in billing and coding preferred. Background checks.
JOB FUNCTION:
Provide clinical evidence-based services with a focus on children and families through integrated treatment. Services will be provided by a multi-disciplinary treatment team with an overall goal to improve consumer health outcomes. Service delivery will occur on-site at the school district. A caseload of children will be maintained while providing individual, group and family sessions.
