HOURS:                             35 hours per week

SALARY: $45,000.00

QUALIFICATIONS:            

Master’s Degree in Human Services, Psychology, or related field required, Master’s degree or higher in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or rehabilitation counseling preferred. A valid and clean NY State driver license. Minimum 1 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting.  Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.

JOB FUNCTION:                

Provide direct services with a focus on family services on a mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team for persons with severe and persistent mental illness.
