Federation of Organizations is seeking a full-time Compliance/Quality Management Specialist who reports to the Associate Director, focusing on the Care Coordination/Outreach Programs.
Hours: 35 hours per week (Hybrid schedule)
Salary: $52,000 Annually
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree in Human Services, preferably in Social Work (LMSW or LCSW preferred); candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services are considered if experience supersedes qualifications. Two (2) years of experience in Mental Health and Quality Management activities. Knowledge of Care Coordination services. Clean, valid NY State Driver’s License, fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health
JOB FUNCTION:
Assist the Compliance/Quality Management Department with conducting compliance and quality management activities for the Agency’s Care Coordination/Outreach programs in order to ensure quality of care and compliance with regulations as set forth by the Office of Mental Health, Lead Health Homes as well as the Department of Health.
