REPORTS TO:  Clinic Supervisor

DEPARTMENT:  Clinical Services

CLASSIFICATION:  Fee for Service        

HOURS:  Variable

PAY: $55 – $75 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:            

Masters in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling or related field. NYS license required. A valid and clean NY State driver license, fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.

JOB FUNCTION:  

Provide clinical evidence-based therapy in individual, family, and group modalities to a caseload of children and adults with mental health diagnoses in their home or community. Work as part of an interdisciplinary team. Complete all required documentation within a 48 hour period and comply with program and OMH regulations.
