REPORTS TO:  Program Manager

DEPARTMENT: Clinical Services

HOURS:   35 Hours/Week

PAY: 65k per year

QUALIFICATIONS:            

Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) eligible to sit for LCSW exam within 12 months of hire date. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting with minimum 1 year supervisory experience. Experience working with children, families, and adults.  A valid and clean NY State driver license,fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.

JOB FUNCTION:  

Responsible for program supervision of the Wyandanch Clinic and Children and Family Support Services Program including training, supervision, oversight of program documentation, reporting, billing, and ensuring quality services and compliance with program regulations. Provide Services to adults and children based on their needs and service recommendations. Responsible for all documentation including assessments, service plans, progress notes, authorizations and other needed information as per program policy and procedures.
