JOB TITLE: Children’s Specialist

REPORTS TO: CCBHC Program Supervisor

DEPARTMENT: Clinical Services

PAY: Fee for Service

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid NYS LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC with minimum 3 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting with a minimum 1 year focus on Children and Family services. Valid and clean NY State driver license, fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS required.

JOB FUNCTION:

Provide clinical evidence-based services with a focus on children and families through integrated treatment. Services will be provided by a multi-disciplinary treatment team with an overall goal to improve consumer health outcomes. Service delivery will occur on-site, in vivo and in the community. A caseload of adults, children and families will be maintained while providing individual, group and family sessions.
