Hours: Part Time Flexible – 20 hours per week
Pay: $19 per hour
Service delivery is expected be provided with appropriate professional license within scope of services when applicable. Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years experience in children’s mental health, addiction, and/or foster care/child welfare/juvenile justice or other related human services field
Provide Services to Children and youth under 21 years old. Offer community based support and services to children in non-institutionalized settings that enable them to remain at home and in the community. Offer participants independent choices among an array of service options and providers. These services include: 1. Other Licensed Practitioner, 2. Crisis Intervention. Responsible for all documentation including assessments, service plans, progress notes, authorizations and other needed information as per program policy and procedures.
