Federation of Organizations is seeking Full-Time Case Managers for our new Mixed Use/Affordable Housing program, located in Far Rockaway, NY
REPORTS TO: Program Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Mixed Use / Affordable Housing
Salary Range: 40k – 45k Annually
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma and 3 years’ experience in mental health, Or a BA in Human Services. Relevant experience working with individuals who are homeless, in recovery from mental illness or substance abuse.Clean, valid NY State Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NY State Office of Mental Health.
JOB FUNCTION:
Provide case management services, housing support and coordination of services to formerly homeless adults diagnosed with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
