In Queens County, Federation offers vocational services through Big Nosh Vocational Services, located in Building 40 of Creedmoor Psychiatric Center.

Big Nosh Vocational Services offer:
•    Vocational assessment

•    Job application and resume writing assistance
•    Training in interview skills
•    Job or apprenticeship placements
•    Support while gainfully employed
•    Affirmative business placement
•    Employment Network for Social Security “Ticket to Work” Program

Federation also operates an affirmative business, The Big Nosh Café, at the same site. The Big Nosh Café serves approximately 250 customers each day. It offers the following employment opportunities:
