Supported Employment Program
Federation offers a Supported Employment Program for individuals recovering from mental illness who are ready to engage in meaningful work. Whether returning to work or just entering the work force, we offer a variety of placement sites and programs, each of which focus on the individual's skills and strengths.
Job placement may include:
• Advocacy
• Outreach
• Recreational activities
• Individual counseling
• Linkage to resources
• Working with entitlements

• Peer support and self-help are a primary focus. Peer support groups are available to address work-related issues and concerns

• Interested in establishing work-related goals
• Able to act as a team player
• Willing to assist other people with mental illness through their recovery
