Clinical Social Worker
West Babylon
Responsible for providing verbal counseling including individual, group and family for the purpose of addressing the emotional, cognitive and behavioral symptoms of mental health and co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders. Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team in a PROS Program. Comply with program regulations and completes required documentation.

Rehabilitative Associates- Relief
Brentwood & Creedmoor Psychiatric Center
Provide supportive counseling, restorative services, ADL Training, and crisis intervention to people with psychiatric disabilities in a licensed residential program. Evenings and weekends a must.

Senior Counselor
Massapequa
Assist Program Supervisor in managing the daily operations of a licensed residential program providing transitional housing and restorative services to people with psychiatric disabilities.
Qualifications: BA in Human Services, One year experience working with persons with psychiatric disabilities, Residential experience preferred. Clean valid NYS Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
Senior Supportive Case Manager
Elmhurst
Provide supervision, crisis intervention, advocacy, support, access and coordination of services to people in recovery from mental illness allowing them to live in the community in the least restrictive environment of their choice and help develop skills to achieve individual life goals.
Qualifications: Masters Degree in Human Services or a related field and 4 yrs. experience working with people with mental illness. Clean valid NY State Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.
