PEER BRIDGER PROGRAM

Working with the Suffolk County Bridger Program, Federation of Organizations provides Peer Bridger Case Management to individuals in need of immediate, temporary case management services. Peer Bridgers assist individuals to become involved with self-help and recovery programs that help prevent relapse.
