Federation's P. O. W. E. R. (Peer Outreach With Evening Recreation) Program provides emergency crisis assistance, immediate support, advocacy, and information and referrals through a mobile outreach unit, and office visits. The program serves homeless people and individuals and families recovering from mental illness. A hot meal program is offered once a week. A food pantry and GED assistance are available.
