ENRICHED ADULT HOME SERVICES

Federation provides Enriched Adult Home Services in New York City and Suffolk County, which are designed to support residents in meeting their recovery goals and improve overall quality of life.  The model utilizes principals of psychiatric rehabilitation to provide on-site case management, peer support and clinical services to adult home residents.  Utilizing an evidence-based, person-centered approach, the program promotes healthy lifestyles by teaching self-management/wellness techniques to residents.
