Federation offers recovering people Case Management services in Queens and Suffolk Counties. The Case Management Program helps people to live successfully, in the communities of their choice, by acquiring the necessary services to maintain a quality of life (i.e. housing, clinical treatment, entitlement benefits, vocational development and job placement). Through support and empowerment, Case Managers help individuals to set goals and create plans to achieve them.
