The A.C.E.S. (Associated Consumer Enterprise Systems) is a consumer driven recovery program operated by Federation. Through the provision of advocacy and self-help services, A.C.E.S. has helped to assimilate program members into their communities.

Peer specialists receive an hourly wage and work 10 - 20 hours per week. Peer specialist responsibilities vary depending upon the position the individual chooses, based on specific job descriptions. Through Federation's Advocacy Program, each peer specialist has the opportunity to develop long term vocational and educational goals and to receive support in their progress toward them.

The program members with whom the peer specialists work will have a wide array of social, recreational, vocational, and educational activities from which to choose. The program also offers psychiatric rehabilitation counseling and work-centered activities for members.
